If you are having challenges always go back and use the original link that the family sent you.
Once this live stream day is over this link will not be used as it’s only used for live streams. Once we get back to the studio later that day we send our main customer a 'fresh new streaming link' to use from then onwards to stream and download and share.
We try and start the stream 20 to 25 mins before the service time. If you think the stream should be working and all you see is the photo of the holding page please refresh the browser once or twice every 30 seconds or hit play.
Sometimes it kicks in automatically and comes on but sometimes it does not. Don't sit there looking at nothing happening if you think it should be playing. If you see a player error message just ignore it and refresh the browser or close the browser and open it again. Its normally a browser fault not the stream.
Best tips for watching streaming is, reboot any device beforehand so it has plenty of memory and power and is fresh and have a good wifi signal or 4g signal and maybe try a different browser some are better than others.
